Who can have this treatment?
If you are younger than 16, you are not a candidate for teeth whitening. This is because the pulp chamber in young teeth is larger than that of an adult, and whitening treatments could cause irritation. If you are pregnant or lactating, teeth whitening is not recommended.
How long does teeth whitening last?
Good oral hygiene and regular dental cleans will help keep your teeth white for as long as possible. However, diet, ageing, alcohol, smoking, and many other factors can change the shade of your teeth over time. The good news is that when that happens, you can simply come see us for a touch-up to maintain your sparkling white smile.
